As a social media and e-commerce intern for UK/Israeli furniture brand Cozmo, I gained knowledge on the ins and outs of managing media accounts and the behind-the-scenes of online shopping. By assisting with the management of their online store, I ensured product listings were accurately represented and up to date. This position saw me analyzing e-commerce performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for areas of improvement. I also contributed to the site’s weekly blog, assisting in the curation of a detailed overview of the highlights from their feature at Milan Design Week.

Working in a foreign environment forced me to tap into my cross-cultural communication skills and adapt to unfamiliar cultural norms.

The versatility of this position allowed me to dip my toes into various fields, giving me broader experience that makes me marketable towards an abundance of industry roles.
